Zalman ZM-RS6F+M 6 Channel Headphones w/ Mic.

Great headphone! Provides surround sound without any software emulation, in fact, it can be calibrated using my Creative Audigy card's calibrator and works just fine.

The only problem i can find is that the colour of the plug is inconsistant with the green/orange/black standard commonly used in today's sound card and may cause trouble installing it and be mistaken as hardware failure.

Also, this unit lacks somewhat in the bass department, but it is the ONLY headphone that i can find that offers true 5.1 (minus subwoofer) sound

I bought them about 3 months ago, and the difference is amazing, much more clearer, deeper base, more crisp sound, i love my headphones...

I must admit i was a bit sceptical at first of the reviews & hype pertaining to this particular set of headphones.
Surely they will sound no better than normal stereo headphones & at this price how great could they be!

How wrong was I.... If you are a gamer you will love them to bits.
The sound is incredible (true surround sound) from headphones :)
There is no more sneaking up on me in game anymore...

I just use my onboard sound (from a new Mobo).

I would reccomend these to any gamers..
BTW I have already done so ( Rex you can expect a few orders when you open back up ) :)
